37th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
You are cordially invited to attend the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Association to be held on 11 May 2018 (Friday) at 7:00pm in King Palace Chinese Restaurant, Shop 2, 1/F, Exchange Tower, 33 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay. The agenda and the minutes of the last AGM are attached for your information. To be environmentally friendly, no printed copy would be distributed in the AGM.
You are also welcome to join the Annual Dinner to be held at 8:00pm in the same place after the AGM. You may refer to the attached poster and visit our website for more details and registration.
Mahjong and Big 2 Competitions will also be held before the Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2018 (Friday) at the venue and no money is involved. The competitions are open to members of the APEEMSD aged 18 years. There is no entry fee to enter these competitions. You may refer to the attached poster and rules for more details.
