In 2016 Policy Address, the Chief Executive announced that the development plan of Kowloon East will adopt the concepts of sustainable development and 'Smart City" in respect of information dissemination, traffic management, architectural and facility management, refuse collection and treatment, as well as greening.  We are honored to have Hon Charles MOK to share his view on Smart City development from the data management perspective and the aspiration from a Legislative Councillor.
