We are honoured to invite Ir Dr Wilfred CHAN, JP, the former president of HKIE to come amongst us and to share with us his invaluable experience in business management. Ir Dr CHAN has more than 50 years of experience in management and engineering. Ir Dr CHAN worked with the world’s most renowned companies including Shell and Esso and have founded his own consultancy company.
